These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by JP&SON MOVERS LLC. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.


Services Provided

JP&SON MOVERS LLC offers moving services including:

  • Local moving

  • Long-distance moving

  • Packing and unpacking

  • Loading and unloading

All services are based on availability and scheduling.


Estimates & Pricing

  • All estimates are based on the information provided by the customer.

  • Final cost may vary depending on actual time, inventory, and conditions.

  • Hourly jobs are subject to a minimum of 2 hours.

  • Additional charges may apply for stairs, long carries, heavy items, or special handling.


Deposit & Booking

  • A deposit is required to secure your moving date.

  • Your move is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

  • Deposits are applied toward the final balance.


Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Deposits may be non-refundable depending on timing and scheduling.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.


Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate moving details

  • Ensure clear access to pickup and delivery locations

  • Properly pack fragile and valuable items unless packing service is requested


Liability & Damages

  • JP&SON MOVERS LLC is not responsible for items packed by the customer.

  • Basic coverage may apply based on industry standards.

  • Customers are encouraged to request additional coverage if needed.


Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Traffic

  • Building restrictions

  • Unforeseen circumstances


Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of the move unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept cash, card, and other approved payment methods.

  • A processing fee may apply for card payments.


Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

  • Conditions are unsafe

  • There is risk to our team or equipment

  • Information provided is inaccurate
